The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the flat was well equipped. It had a convenient location, with frequent bus services to the city centre and nearby amenities like Aldi. The area was quiet and convenient for accessing everything, including the hospital and university facilities. The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower and good amounts of hot water. It had everything I needed for my extended stay, including a small fridge and stove, as well as a washing machine in the building.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city and close proximity to supermarkets and takeaways.
There were some aspects that I did not find satisfactory. The room turned out to be smaller than expected, and the furniture was worn and in need of replacement.
